  Join us for a rollicking musical adventure!
Toad loves taking wild rides in automobiles!
Can friends Badger, Rat, and Mole save Toad from himself?
His gossiping neighbors can't understand him!
What happens when the notorious Weasels take over Toad Manor?
 
     
     
   Wanted!  
  Theater For Young Audiences (TYA) seeks up to 24 youngsters in grades 4-9 (as of fall 2014) to sing and dance
their way through this fast-paced, fun-filled musical featuring all the beloved characters from "Wind in the
Willows."
It features songs like "Come To The Wood," "The Good Life," "Danger To Society," "Down With Mr. Toad," and more!
 
     
     
   Roles Available  
  Toad, Badger, Mole, Rat, Chief Weasel, Gang of Weasels (4), Sentry of Foxes (2), Field Mice (3), Housekeeper,
Bertie (a picnicker), Cynthia (a picnicker), Red Lion Restaurant Owner, Judge, Police Officer, Court Clerk,
Polly, Neighbors, Jury.
 
     
     
   General Meetings  
  All registrants and their parents must attend one of two general meetings. Registrants will act, sing, and
dance for the casting team.

All registrants are cast. Everyone sings and dances! ALL songs are sung in unison.
SCRIPTS AVAILABLE for IN-HOUSE REVIEW ONLY at Mead or Plymouth Libraries.

Location: TYA Theater Factory, 1305 St. Clair Avenue, Sheboygan
Monday, June 9 or Thursday, June 12.

   Youth Residency Requirement   
  Youth must reside or attend school in Sheboygan County or the Kiel School District.   
     
     
   Parental Participation  
  Parents are required to attend a brief information session about the production at a general
meeting.
The production is youth-driven. Parents provide limited support during tech week and performances.
 
     
     
   Rehearsals  
  MTWR, 6:00pm-8:15pm, July 14-31, at TYA's Theater Factory, 1305 St. Clair Avenue, Sheboygan.  
     
     
   Performances   
  Monday, August 4: Pigeon River School, 6:30pm
Tuesday, August 5: Plymouth Arts Center, 6:30pm
Wednesday, August 6: Longfellow School, 6:30pm
Thursday, August 7: Cedar Grove Windmill Park, 6:30pm 
 
     
     
   Attendance  
  Registrants are expected to attend all 12 rehearsals and are required to attend all four performances. If a
planned absence cannot be accommodated the registrant will be released.
 
     
     
   Creative Team  
  Openings are still available for youth in grades 5-12 who want to lead or assist with design and construction of

  Fee: $15 per participant
